What's the Ground Like

Truro City are currently based at Treyew Road, their home since the mid 1950s. A covered terrace was in place behind one of the goals until the mid 1970s when a road widening scheme resulted in it being removed. Only in recent years have they added to their old stand and erected two new stands on opposite sides of the ground lifting the capacity to approximately 3,500.

How to Get There by Car

Aim for Exeter, and then follow signs onto the A30. After being on the A30 for approximately 15 miles take the 2nd exit at the Merrymeet roundabout (signposted Oakehampton) continuing on the A30. Continue on the A30 for approximately 50 miles and at the Innis Downs roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Redruth) onto the A30. The next relevant roundabout will be at Carland Cross where you need to take the 2nd exit onto the A39 (signposted Truro). At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A39 entering Truro and at the traffic lights turn right onto Tregolls Road. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Morlaix Avenue - A39 (signposted Falmouth, Redruth (A390) and then take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout passing Tesco's on your left. Follow up the hill and go straight over the double mini-roundabout. Now simply continue (along Treyew Road) for approximately ½ mile and the ground will be on your left.
