Harriers set to shoot down Woking

Saturday November 17, 2007

Kidderminster Harriers v Woking (11.45am, Live on Setanta 1)

Prices correct at time of writing (11am, Wednesday November 14, 2007).

Home 4/6 Draw 12/5 Away 7/2

It's no surprise Kidderminster are the favourites for this one and I think they'll win probably quite comfortably. Woking have been a big disappointment this season and need to regroup if the campaign isn't to go completely pear-shaped. It's 4/6 for a Kidderminster win and I'm looking no further than a home victory.

Woking lost 1-0 at home to Grays in the Blue Square Premier last weekend and at the moment you'd have to consider Kidderminster a decent bet in this game and I'm going to go for them to win half-time, full-time, which is 6/4.

Mark Yates' Kidderminster side are 10th in the table with 27 points from 18 matches and they have won eight times this season. Woking are in 18th spot with 21 points from 19 games and have just four wins on the board, so the form is with Kidderminster.

If you're looking at the correct scores market, I think Kidderminster could win by two clear goals. They beat Ware 2-0 in the FA Cup first round last weekend and are great value at 6/1 to beat Woking 2-0 in this Blue Square Premier clash. So I'm quite confident of a Kidderminster victory in front of the Setanta cameras on Saturday lunchtime against Woking.

Verdict: Home win

Best Bet: HT/FT Kidderminster / Kidderminster 6/4
