Droylsden and Stalybridge played to a stalemate in the Blue Square North on Monday evening, while Chelmsford were held to a 2-2 draw by Basingstoke.

Ten-man Stalybridge Celtic scored an injury-time goal to earn a share of the spoils against Droylsden at the Butcher's Arms.

The Bloods opened the scoring in the 51st minute through Tony Gray before Stalybridge defender received a second yellow card to leave his side at a numerical disadvantage.

However, the Badgers didn't give up the fight and finally got the breakthrough they were looking for in injury time thanks to Matty Barlow.

Farsley Celtic eased their relegation worries with a 2-1 victory over Hinckley United at Marston's Stadium.

The Knitters drew first blood after just 18 minutes when Dominic Roma found the back of the net, and they held their slender advantage heading into the half-time break.

However, the Villagers rallied in the second period and drew level through Luke Malcher's 73rd minute effort.

With Hinckley still reeling from the equaliser, Farsley struck again just one minute later thanks to Damian Reeves.

Chelmsford City will be feeling frustrated after being held to a 2-2 stalemate by a resurgent Basingstoke Town at Melbourne Stadium.

The Dragons broke the deadlock after just 10 minutes of play when Adam Aimable headed home a 10th-minute free-kick into an unguarded net.

The Clarets drew level under somewhat fortunate circumstances when Kevin James' inswinging corner kick was not dealt with properly by goalkeeper Ross Kitteridge, who's attempted punch did not stop the ball from finding the net.

The hosts claimed the lead through striker Ricky Holmes in the 52nd minute before Aimable popped up again five minutes later to net his second of the game and rescue a point for his side.

Maidenhead United lost out on the chance to cut the gap on the play-off places after being held to a 1-1 draw by mid-table Worcester City at St George's Lane.

The visitors claimed the lead just moments before the half-time whistle thanks to Jon Stevenson and Worcester drew level in the 75th minute through Kevin Spencer.
