Blue Square Bet South wrap

Truro City came from behind twice against Blue Square Bet Premier qualifiers Woking, battling back from 2-0 and then 3-1 down to earn a memorable 3-3 draw.

Paris Cowan-Hall (22) and Giuseppe Sole (32) got two early strikes for the Cardinals, before Andy Watkins (36) pulled one back before the break.

Cowan-Hall bagged his brace in the 53rd minute, but Aaron Pugh reduced the deficit to 3-2 four minutes later. Les Afful (86) grabbed the late equaliser to secure a point for the Tinmen, leaving them in 14th place.

Dover Athletic did their play-off chances no favours with a 2-2 draw against relegation-battling Maidenhead United, dropping to seventh place with only a game to go.

The result kept the Magpies' hopes alive, though, as they are one point below Havant and Waterlooville with one game to go, and if they win their next game and Havant lose, they will be safe.

Dover will be supremely annoyed with themselves as they were 2-0 ahead in the first half, thanks to goals by Barry Cogan (21) and Michael Corcoran (35).

Devante McKain (41) pulled one back for the visitors just before the break, and Daniel Brown (46) grabbed the point soon after.

Basingstoke Town grabbed three points and three unanswered goals against Eastbourne Borough to move up to sixth place, level on points with Chelmsford, and in with a play-off shout.

Delano Sam-Yorke (10), Wes Daly (57) and Shaun McAuley (58) netted for the Dragons against the hapless visitors, who are in 17th place.

Dartford maintained their comfortable position in second after a 2-2 draw with Boreham Wood, but they will be unhappy with allowing their opponents to come from behind twice to steal a point.

Tony Garrod (22) got the opener for the Darts, but Graeme Montgomery drew one back for the Wood on the half-hour mark. Jacob Erskine (79) regained the lead late in the game but Charlie O'Loughlin (88) snatched a point in the dying minutes.

A Marvin Williams hat-trick gave Salisbury City a surprising 3-1 win over fourth-placed Sutton United, but the result didn't affect the teams' positions.

Craig Watkins (2) opened the scoring early on for Sutton, but Williams had other ideas and netted in the 49th, 81st and 90th minutes to steal the show.

Chelmsford City will consider themselves lucky to grab a point against mid-table Eastleigh as they drew 1-1 with two late goals. Andy Forbes (82) netted for Eastleigh, but David Rainford cancelled it out with a penalty six minutes later.

Welling United easily maintained their third place with a 2-0 win over Hampton and Richmond Borough, whose hopes of climbing out of the drop zone were dented, despite having a game in hand.

The goals came at the end of either half, with Jamie Day (42) getting the first and Joe Healy (90) ensuring the win just before the final whistle.

Bromley maintained their lowly 18th place with a 0-0 draw against already relegated Thurrock, and made sure their final game would be a nervy affair, as they can still slip into the drop zone.

Farnborough made sure of their three points against Havant and Waterlooville very early on, with Daniel Bennet scoring in the third minute. The 1-0 loss leaves Havant just one point above the dotted line.

Staines Town beat ten-man Weston-super-Mare 2-1, with the mid-table sides playing for pride with one game to go. Ali Chaaban (22) and Will Antwi (pen 28) gave Staines the lead, before Kane Ingram (50) pulled one back in the second half. Mark McGregor was sent off for the Seagulls.

Tonbridge Angels overcame Dorchester Town 2-1, thanks to an own goal by Harrison Bell in the 53rd minute. Sam Malson (24) got the opening goal for Dorchester, before Mikel Suarez (48) drew the Angels level and Bell gifted them the win.
