Lewes and Eastbourne Borough are locked in a battle at the top of the Blue Square South table and will have the chance to open a bigger gap on the chasing pack this Saturday.

Basingstoke v Hampton & Richmond

The Dragons will be looking to redeem themselves when Hampton & Richmond visit The Camrose Ground for a second time in the space of four days.

Basingstoke lost 3-1 to the Beavers in the Setanta Shield on Tuesday evening and manager Francis Vines will be keen to banish the memories of that defeat.

Blue SQ have odds of 8/1 on the home side winning 2-1.

Bishop's Stortford v Eastleigh

Bishops boss Martin Harris will be keen to see his side pick up a home win against Eastleigh and maintain their play-off spot.

The Spitfires announced the appointment of manager Ian Baird this week and the former Havant & Waterlooville boss will be targeting a good result at Woodside Park.

Stortford are currently in fifth place with 18 points from 10 fixtures while their opponents occupy 11th place with 15 points.

Blue SQ have odds of 6/1 on the match ending 1-1.

Bognor Regis Town v Fisher Athletic

Following the disappointing defeat to Havant and Waterlooville in the FA Cup its back to the league for Bognor Regis Town on Saturday.

The Rocks welcome back Luke Nightingale after his suspension last week.

Fisher are in 8th place in the league and are looking for a win after their exit from the FA Cup as well, when they lost 4-3 to Margate.

Blue SQ have odds of 7/1 on the home side winning 1-0.

Braintree Town v Hayes & Yeading

Braintree were another time team dumped out of the FA Cup in midweek as they were defeated 3-1 at fellow Blue Square South side Hampton & Richmond Borough.

The Iron could hand a starting berth to Louis Riddle after he missed the FA Cup tie with a stomach problem.

Hayes & Yeading are currently on 10 points near the bottom of the table while Braintree trail them by two places with a lower goal difference.

Blue SQ have given the home side odds of 11/2 on 1-0 victory.

Bromley v Eastbourne Borough

The Ravens are through to the next round of the FA Cup after beating Aylesbury United in extra time in midweek. Bobby Bowry and Gareth Williams both scored after ninety minutes and will be hoping to keep their places in the starting line-up.

Eastbourne have the perfect opportunity to claim top spot on the table with a good performance this weekend but will have to do so without Dan Leach, who has returned to Hailsham Town for a months loan.

Blue SQ have given the visiting side odds of 10/1 to win the match 2-1.

Havant & Waterlooville v Bath City

The Hawks prepare for the visit of Bath City to Westleigh Park on Saturday afternoon with a new manager at the helm. Havant announced the appointment of Ian Baird's former right-hand man as their new manager this week.

They face a stern test though, as high-flying Bath City are their opponents this weekend. Bath are currently leading the chasing pack with 21 points from 10 matches.

Blue SQ have odds of 9/1 on the visiting team winning 2-1.

Lewes v Cambridge City

Table-topping Lewes prepare for the visit of Gary Roberts' Cambridge City to the Dripping Pan on Saturday afternoon. Lewes are tied at the top of the table with Eastbourne Borough and will be keen to collect another home win.

Cambridge will hand a late fitness test to Craig Radcliffe, who is struggling with an Achilles problem. Ben Bowditch is expected to be out of contention for at least another three weeks as he nurses a hamstring problem.

Lewis Baillie has gone out to Tiptree United for a month's loan while Lee Roache faces a late test after picking up a knock in midweek.

Blue SQ have odds of 6/1 on the home side winning 2-0.

Maidenhead United v Newport County

Maidenhead entertain high-flying Newport County at York road on Saturday afternoon as they look to return to winning ways.

Central defender Lee Kersey is set to re-sign for Maidenhead but won't be eligible to play until next week. Fellow defenders Mark Nisbet and Dominic Sterling are struggling with respective injuries and could well miss out.

It won't be an easy task however, as the home side find themselves just above the drop zone with eight points from 10 matches. Their opponents on the other hand, have enjoyed contrasting fortunes thus far and occupy fourth place with 18 points.

St Albans v Welling

Struggling St Albans prepare for the visit of Welling to Clarence Park as they look to bounce back from a midweek FA Cup defeat at the hands of fellow Blue Square South side Bishop's Stortford.

The Saints are currently languishing in the drop zone with just six points while their opponents occupy 16th place with 10 points.

Blue SQ have odds of 14/1 on the match ending 2-2.

Sutton United v Weston-Super-Mare

Rock-bottom Sutton United will have to pull out all the stops if they are get anything out of this match. The U's have picked up just five points this term while their opponents sit near the top of the table with 16 points in the bag.

The Seagulls managed to overcome Dorchester Town at the Avenue Stadium two weeks ago and will be keen to replicate that feat.

"We're looking forward to an enjoyable game at Sutton tomorrow," Weston manager Tony Ricketts told the club's official website.

"It will be a difficult game as Sutton will no doubt be looking to avenge their 3-0 defeat at the Woodspring Stadium earlier this season.

"We will have to go there with the right mental attitude and work rate to match them. We have no injury worries at the moment so I am looking for a positive performance from the team.

"I have allowed Simon Heal to go to Yate FC, just on a one-game basis to help their manager Richard Thompson; as they (Yate) have a shortage of players at the moment."

Blue SQ have given the visiting side odds of 20/1 to win the match 3-0.

Thurrock v Dorchester Town

Thurrock and Dorchester square up at Ship Lane on Saturday with both sides looking to further distance themselves from the relegation zone.

Fleet have collected 10 points thus far and hover just above the relegation zone while Dorchester sit in 14th with 11 points.

The Magpies crashed out of the FA Cup this week, after losing 2-0 at Paulton Rovers in their Second Qualifying Round replay.
