Woodside Park

Tuesday's Blue Square South wrap

Maidenhead United v Weston-Super-Mare

Maidenhead United host fellow strugglers Weston-Super-Mare at York Road in the Blue Square South on Tuesday night.

Both teams will be aiming to bounce back after recent losses, with the Mapies failing to overcome high-flying Eastbourne Borough at home and Weston-s-Mare narrowly losing out on their trip to Thurrock.

The previous four fixtures between the sides have been closely contested affairs, with Mare securing two wins while the other encounters produced stalemates.

Bishops Stortford v Havant and Waterlooville

Havant and Waterlooville travel to Woodside Park in the hope of securing all-three points against Bishops Stortford.

The Hawks have a better head-to-head record and the home-side will be looking to upset the odds.

The previous clash between the sides ended in a nine goal thriller with the West Leigh Park outfit running out 5-4 winners.

While the fans will be hoping for a goal feast Bishops boss Martin Hayes and Hawks manager Shaun Gale will be aiming to produce a sound defensive display.
