League leaders Lewes will hope to build on their narrow one-point lead at the summit when they welcome promotion rivals Eastleigh to the Dripping Pan in the pick of the Blue Square South fixtures.

Bath City v Cambridge City

Bath City will aim to rejuvenate their push for a Blue Square South play-off place when Cambridge City make the trip to Twerton Park.

The hosts enjoyed a spell in the upper echelons of the standings for most of the season, but a recent slump in form has seen them slip to eight spot.

Assistant manager Adie Britton told This Is Bath: "It's a must-win game for us - our biggest of the season.

"The players are desperate to be in the play-offs and it's been an ambition of ours for some time.

"But we need 12 points and want to get a positive result against Cambridge ahead of our trip to Eastbourne."

Justyn McKay, Lewis Hogg (both knee) and Darren Edwards (hamstring) are major doubts for the Romans.

Meanwhile Gary Roberts has drafted two new faces into his City side.

Dean Cracknell is in contention for the visitors, but fellow new boy Danny Green will not be available to play until April 19 due to suspension.

Bishops Sford v Basingstoke

A troubled Basingstoke side will visit Woodside Park hoping to cement their safety in the South against in-form Bishops Stortford.

The high-flying hosts will be determined to hold on to their coveted play-off place and build on their five-game unbeaten streak.

The visitors meanwhile are in 15th place and lie 12 points below Bishops after looking like promotion candidates in mid-December when they held 4th spot.

Danny Harris and Steffan Gaisie will be missing for Martin Hayes' men along with Loui Fazakerley who should be back in training at the end of the week.

The teams have clashed 25 times in all competitions with the Blues winning 9 of those games, while Stoke have recorded 8 wins.

Fisher Ath v Bognor Regis Town

Fisher Athletic will entertain Michael Birmingham's struggling Bognor Regis side at Champion Hill with the view of securing all three points.

The hosts will be looking to advance their aim of securing a play-off spot despite being touted as outsiders.

Manager Wayne Burnett has no new injury concerns or fresh suspensions to deal with.

The Rocks meanwhile have a very slender two-point gap over the bottom three with vistory against the Fish essential in the quest to avoid relegation.

New signings Phil Warner and Wes Fogden will go straight into the side for the visitors while midfielder David Ray is out for the rest of the season.

Hampton & Richmond v Dorchester

It will be a clash of two sides of the table when promotion candidates Hampton & Richmond welcome a relegation-threatened Dorchester Town side to Beveree Stadium.

The hosts refuse to underestimate the lowly Magpies however as their defeat to Sutton United is still fresh in the Beavers' minds.

Boss Alan Devonshire told the club's official website: "If you had told me we would be unbeaten in our last four matches, I would have taken that. The team picks itself at the moment.

"We do things slightly differently away from home, but I think the challenge of getting a result on the road really fires the boys up.

"Dorchester will be fighting for their lives so it will be a difficult game. We only have to remember what Sutton United did to us earlier in the season to realise that."

Centre-back Rob Paris (international duty) will be back in contention for the visitors after was missing out against Bromley.

Meanwhile, Dorchester's director of football Shaun Brooks said: "It is a game that we should all be looking forward to. The players should take a lot of confidence out of beating Maidenhead United on Tuesday and believe they can get something at Hampton.

"We have got to take every game as it comes. We will train today and tomorrow and will try to do some preparation for the game and see what Saturday brings. We will try to win it and then look at the (relegation) situation after that."

Mitchell Nicholson, Tom Mitchell and Darren Watts are all expected to feature for the visitors.

Havant and W v Sutton Utd

Former U's midfield player Jimmy Dack will take charge of his first game as Sutton manager when the rock-bottom side travel to Westleigh Park to tackle Havant and Waterlooville.

The Hawks will be aiming to secure a top-ten finish after stringing together a good run of form following their FA Cup heroics.

A play-off place was on the cards, but following the 1-0 loss to St Albans City and the 1-1 draw with Eastleigh, that possibility has faded.

The visitors on the other hand are now guaranteed to finish in the relegation zone and can only hope to advance off the foot of the table.

Havant won last season's head-to-head meeting 1-0 but the U's had won each of the previous two league encounters at Westleigh Park.

Luke Nightingale, Jamie Day, and Craig Watkins could all be in contention for the hosts while Paul Honey and Jerson Dos Santos are suspended for the visitors.

Hayes & Yeading v Braintree Town

Braintree Town will look to edge closer to a play-off spot when they travel to Church Road to face Hayes & Yeading.

Garry Haylock's men will aim to put an end to a four-match winless streak that has seen them plummet to 13th spot in the South standings.

Iron boss Lee Patterson meanwhile has heavily bolstered in squad during the transfer window. Former England internationals and Arsenal stalwarts David Seaman and Tony Adams have joined the Iron squad.

The experienced duo will go straight into the starting line-up to aid the visitors' ambitions.

Patterson told the club's official website: "Both players are still fit as they are training everyday at club level, I am really pleased they agreed to sign and if needed their experience could be crucial.

"I only hope that all our Tottenham supporters who follow Braintree will be able to watch two proper player's should either pull on a Braintree shirt!"

Lewes v Eastleigh

League leaders Lewes will hope to build on their narrow one-point lead at the summit when they welcome promotion rivals Eastleigh to the Dripping Pan.

Steve King's charges beat Sutton United 3-1 and Cambridge United 3-0 to reclaim top spot and will be eager to continue winning form.

The Spitfires are enjoying a four-match unbeaten run and will be keen to knock the Rooks off the summit and advance up the standings.

But Ian Baird will hope his side can finish off the hosts after being held to stalemates against Bishops and Havant & Waterlooville.

Newport County v Bromley

Newport County will look to mount an outside challenge for a play-off place when Bromley make the trip to Newport Stadium.

Both teams are level on points - but the hosts have three games in hand over the Lilywhites.

Home boss Peter Beadle told South Wales Argus: "We will have to be strong, physically and mentally, to get into the top five.

"In a way it doesn't worry me playing three games in a week because we have no time to fret and dwell on anything.

"Five of the games are against sides who have all to play for, including tomorrow.

"Bromley are a good footballing side, but they are level on points with us from three games more, so we know we can forget about them if we win tomorrow."

Nathan Davies (hamstring strain) and Andy Gurney (suspension) will be missing for County while new boy Matt Smith is expected to be in contention for the clash.

Prolific hitman Nic McDonnell will not feature for the visitors as he left the club on deadline day to join AFC Wimbledon.

Ben Judge has also parted ways with the visitors while on-loan midfielder Mark DeBolla will miss the rest of the season after picking up his second red card in three games.

Thurrock v Eastbourne Borough

Thurrock face a tough task when they entertain high-flying, promotion-chasing Eastbourne Borough at Ship Lane.

The hosts are currently 12th in the 22-team table, but are four points away from securing a top-half standing.

Boro meanwhile will throw everything at the Fleet in an attempt to regain their place at the Blue Square summit.

While Hakan Hayrettin boasts a fully-fit squad - Scott Ramsay, Nathan Crabb, Matt Smart, Allan Tait, Robbie Kember and Marc Pullan are all missing for the visitors.

Garry Wilson has brought in new recruits to fill the voids with James Bywater, Sam Crabb, Ross Treleaven, Wes Tate and Wayne Clarke all joining the squad.

Meanwhile, Neil Jenkins (flu) is hoping to return for the clash and Dominic Douglas and Evan Archibald are expected to be in contention.

First-choice stopper Lee Hook returns after Dean Lightwood's impressive cameo display in goal against Crawley.

Welling United v St Albans

Welling United will welcome a resurgent St Albans side to Park View Road with the hopes of ending the visitors winning streak.

Both teams are enjoying a rich vein of form with the Wings unbeaten in four matches and the Saints enjoying an undefeated six-match spell.

Andy Ford told Kent Online: "A win against St Albans would be an excellent result. However, we don't have to try and get the three points in every game now, which is good because we have come unstuck in some games where we have gone for the win.

"We have bought ourselves a little bit of space but we still have four games left, two at home and two away".

Ellis Remy (hernia) will still be sidelined for the home side, but new signing Luke Fontana will fill in for him in attack.

Sonny Cobbs returns from suspension but Daniel Nwanze misses out as he starts a two-match ban for 10 bookings during the season.

The loss of Ryan Frater due to suspension will see at least one alteration to the back line which has performed so well of late.

City have no fresh injury concerns, but the loss of Ryan Frater due to suspension will see at least one alteration to the back line which has been superb.

Paul Bruce however, is expected to return after missing the Havant game with flu.
