Havant boss Shaun Gale
Chelmsford and Worchester will be looking to continue their good start to the Blue Square South campaign, while Fisher and St Albans will be looking to secure a win.
Chelmsford City will look to build on their opening day win in the Blue Square South when they take on Fisher Athletic at the Melbourne Stadium on Monday.
The Clarets will still be brimming with confidence after toppling a fancied Hayes & Yeading side 1-0 at Church Road on Saturday.
And head coach Glenn Pennyfather believes getting off the mark quickly will stand his side in good stead. He told This Is Chelmsford: "This is where it all starts so we have to ensure we have the desire and work ethic to match what people are expecting of us.
"(Manager) Jeff (King) and I always aim to do as well as we possibly can and to play football the right way. Whether other teams see playing us as a cup final I'm not sure, but if they do we can turn it to our advantage as it's a healthy pressure we can gain from."
The hosts will be without central defender Steve Robinson, who is serving the final game of a two-match ban after his sending off against Lewes last season.
While the Blue Square South new-boys are confident of exceeding expectations, Fisher will be reeling from their 6-0 opening day rout at the hands of Team Bath.
Wayne Burnett will be hoping his charges bounce back and will be counting on his summer signings - the likes of Damien Batt and Chris Saunders to inspire a win.
Worcester City will be eager to continue their winning ways in the Blue Squre South when they welcome St Albans to St.George's Lane On Monday.
The Loyals enjoyed a 2-1 opening day win against Bognor Regis Town at Nyewood Lane and will be keen to secure another three points over a confident Saints side.
The hosts are expected to be at full-strength with only club captain Craig Wilding missing through suspension.
Meanwhile, Steve Castle's men were value for money in a 1-1 draw against Blue Square South favourites Havant and Waterlooville and the mentor admits he is aiming for promotion this season, despite having to endure a tough start to the campaign.
"It's a very tough start for us," he told the St Albans Observer. "We've pretty much got the three favourites in our first three matches and it will be a good assessment for us. We are quietly confident and I think we might surprise a few people. Let's hope so.
"We've kept the majority of the squad that we had last season and they believe in each other. We had a little dip in form against Cheshunt in our last pre-season match but I think we've been playing some enjoyable football and creating chances.
"Everyone's aim has got to be promotion otherwise there is no point competing.
"I don't go into the season just looking to be mid-table or avoid relegation. You've got to aim for the stars."
The visitors are expected to be without injured trio Chris Seeby, Ryan Frater and Lee Clarke, while new-boys Ben Bowditch, Sean Ridgway and striker Tom Youngs will be given another chance to impress.
Havant and Waterlooville will be hoping for a much-improved performance when they face Weston Super Mare on Monday after narrowly avoiding an embarrassing opening day defeat to St Albans on Saturday.
Ian Simpemba spared the pre-season title favourites' blushes after they fell behind to the Saints with just 60 seconds on the clock.
The Seagulls fared slightly better in their first game as they defeated Bishop's Stortford 2-1 with goals from Marvin Brown and Andy Gurney
Hawks boss Shaun Gale must now reassess his side selection ahead of Monday's must win tie.
Strikers Craig Watkins and Luke Nightingale were replaced by Rocky Baptiste and Brighton loan-signing Sam Gargan after 60 minutes and may have done enough to earn a start.
But Gale is expected to stick with the majority of the side he selected on Saturday, which saw Simpemba partner Guy Butters in defence.
Seagulls Manager Tony Ricketts faces a tougher task of selecting his side with a few key players out injured.
Mike Green, Charlie Comyn-Platt and Ben Willshire are all carrying knocks while Ashan Holgate pulled out before Saturday's win with a tight back.
Marc McGregor only played 30 minutes on Friday and will be reassessed before the game.
