Top-of-the-table AFC Wimbledon take on Tony Ricketts' Seagulls on Saturday afternoon, while Maidenhead and Team Bath also prepare for their encounters on home turf.
League leaders AFC Wimbledon will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the season when a resurgent Weston-super-Mare visit Woodspring Stadium.
Wombles boss Terry Brown told his club's website: "On Saturday we welcome an in-form Weston-super-Mare side.
"It will be the first time we've flexed our muscles against a top eight side. Their start includes a great win at Havant & Waterlooville, one of the promotion favourites, so we will have to be at our best to maintain our 100% home record.
"Barring one of two injury doubts, we should be able to field a very strong side."
Brown is missing the services of Mickey Haswell once again as he continues his recovery from injury.
However, Brown has given the club's supporters something to talk about after signing Dons legend Marcus Gayle for a second time.
Gayle said: "I only really wanted to be at Wimbledon and I'm very pleased that this has been settled so quickly.
"I will be meeting the players at training tonight (Thursday) and we have a game on Saturday so I will be getting into action almost immediately. It's good to be back."
Weston are likely to miss the services of injury victim Cedric Abraham once again, while Marc McGregor and Ben Willshire will be pushing for recalls to the starting line-up.
Martin Hayes' Bishop's Stortford will be looking to bounce back from a defeat in midweek when strugglers Basingstoke Town visit Woodside Park.
Hayes re-signed Roy Essandoh last week and the 32-year-old striker came on as a substitute in Tuesday night's 2-0 defeat to St Albans and will be available to make his full debut this weekend.
Hayes told the citizen-series.co.uk: "When I spoke to Roy and found he was available and willing to come back with whats on offer here, I was happy to take him on as it will give us another option and make the squad that much stronger.
"Going forward, in the first three games certainly, we perhaps lacked a little bit of maturity. But Roy is experienced and can give us more in the final third."
The club meanwhile, have decided to release forward Kyri Kyprianou.
The only player missing for Basingstoke Town will be left-winger Matt Warner, who is still out with an ankle injury.
David Tarpey, Jamie Lovegrove, Phil Ruggles and Sido Jombarti have all been asked to operate on the left in Warner's absence.
None of them have been particularly impressive and Gray is on the lookout for cover in this area.
Manager Frank Gray told the Basingstoke Gazette: "Bishop's Stortford will look to play and we know a bit about them.
"Things have changed a bit over the summer but Tom Williamson will be able to tell us a bit more."
Jeff King's Chelmsford City will be looking to cut the gap on leaders AFC Wimbledon when lowly Bognor Regis Town visit Melbourne Stadium.
Chris Moore will see a specialist on an eye injury in addition to the broken nose he sustained in midweek, which definitely rules him out of the Clarets' squad.
Forward Moore, who was beginning to establish himself amongst the starting eleven, received a boot to the face as he sprinted through on goal in the 2-2 draw at Bromley on Tuesday night and Head Coach Glenn Pennyfather is fuming at how the Lilywhites midfielder escaped punishment: "It wasn't a good challenge, that's for sure.
"Chris would have been through before taking a kick to the face but the referee said the offender just lost his bearings. That's not the way I saw it, or one of the assistant referees who told me he thought it was dangerous play.
"Chris was lucky not to lose his eye and he may now be missing for a few games."
Chelsmford expect central midfield playmaker Jeff Minton back from a thigh strain as well as utility defender Chris Duffy, who has recovered from a pulled hamstring.
Bognor Regis boss Mick Jenkins is hopeful his side can come away from Saturday's clash with all three points in the bag.
He told the Bognor Regis Observer: "August was horrific for us and we are all determined to make September a whole lot better.
"Chelmsford will give us a big test. They have brought in some experienced players - but so have we.
"Sometimes, your first win can come where you least expect it and we will be going there aiming to come back with three points.
"It's vital that we build on Tuesday night's performance."
Eastleigh will be looking to get back to winning ways when strugglers Braintree Town visit Silverlake Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Spitfires clinched a share of the spoils with Weston-super-Mare on Monday evening thanks to James Baker's late equaliser.
Manager Ian Baird may have to make do without the services of winger Mark Marshall, with the exciting prospect on the verge of joining League One club Swindon Town.
South African defender Warren Goodhind re-signed with the club recently but was an unused substitute in Monday evening's stalemate.
Winger Josh Dutton-Black left Bognor Regis Town to join Eastleigh this week and will be pushing for a starting berth.
Braintree boss Lee Patterson will be hoping his side can get their campaign on track after a disappointing start to the season.
Patterson has doubts over the Stevland Angus' level of fitness, while Mark Jones, Andy Porter, Gareth Williams and Bradley Quinton are in the same boat.
Hampton & Richmond Borough will be looking to bounce back to winning ways after a thrilling 3-3 draw in midweek.
The Beavers will see their injury list diminish over the next few weeks as players regain fitness, and striker Nana Badu is close to a return.
He was included in Alan Devonshire's squad for the first time on Tuesday, taking a place with the substitutes on the bench.
"We haven't played particularly well so far but maybe that is because players are still getting to know each other," Devonshire told This Is Local London.
"We've lost two main players in Alan Inns and Elliott Godfrey, as well as suffer a few injuries, and as a result I don't think you can really judge our start until the end of September.
"Because of last year we are there to be shot at. Teams know our danger men and are being a little more cautious against us.
"Teams are starting to give us a bit of respect. We've noticed it means a lot more to opposition teams to beat us.
"The players are struggling a bit to adapt to that and they need to be on their game 100 per cent of the time."
Bromley manager Mark Goldberg has admitted he is feeling the strain after his injury-ravaged side slumped to a 2-0 defeat at home to Worcester on Saturday.
Anthony Joseph and Nic McDonnell are the latest casualties to join Loui Fazakerley, Jay May and Jerrome Sobers on the treatment table.
19-year-old defender Moses Swaibu has been loaned from Crystal Palace to ease Goldberg's injury crisis and the promising youngster is expected to start on Saturday.
Goldberg told Bromley Times: "Swaibu is here on the short-term loan to put himself in the shop window again.
"He has Conference experience from a loan at Weymouth and will give us a bit of a hand through this injury crisis.
"We have some catching up to do but if we can get a result against Hampton and Richmond on Saturday we are right back in the mix."
Havant and Waterlooville go into their encounter against Bath City at West Leigh Park on Saturday looking to record a fourth-consecutive league victory.
Veteran central defender Guy Butters and defender Jay Smith are still ruled out by injury and Gale is still awaiting news on young striker Sam Gargan's x-rays.
Gargan was forced off by a heavy challenge at Newport and it was feared he may have dislocated his shoulder.
Rocky Baptiste has been ill and, according to Gale, is unlikely to re-appear this weekend.
"We must look to capitalise on our midweek success, and being at home, we must go into the game expecting to win," Hawks boss Shaun Gale told The News.
"It is all about putting a run of wins together and we are starting to do that.
"Bath won't be easy, though, because they are a reasonable side, despite making an indifferent start."
Bath City boss John Relish has revealed that he is ready to make changes to his line-up this Saturday.
Paul Cochlin, Martin Slocombe and Mark Badman are all in contention after finding their chances limited thus far.
"We might look to ring a few changes on Saturday - it may be time to introduce one or two of the lads who have been on the bench," Relish told The Bath Chronicle.
Strikers Dave Gilroy and Darren Edwards will not feature, but may return from their respective knee and ankle injuries in Tuesday's 'away' Setanta Shield first-round clash with tenants Team Bath.
Danny Carey-Bertram (hamstring) is also out, while Sekani Simpson tweaked a hamstring against Hayes but should recover in time.
Hayes & Yeading will be looking to record their sixth consecutive league victory on Saturday when rock-bottom Thurrock visit Church Road.
Garry Haylock has managed to mould the United team into a well organised ensemble which currently sit in their highest ever league position.
Meanwhile, Thurrock played to an exciting 3-3 draw on Monday evening to collect their first point of the new season.
Manager Hakan Hayrettin will be disappointed that his side failed to win the match and will be hoping they can collect all three points this weekend.
Maidenhead United have the chance to regain top spot in Blue Square South on Friday evening when they face Newport County at York Road.
Manager Johnson Hippolyte has revealed that striker Lee Newman trained on Thursday night and could come into contention.
He told the Maidenhead Advertiser: "The way they played makes it difficult for me to change much," he said, but warned Newport could prove difficult opponents.
"The have signed some good, experienced players, it takes to time to gel - let's hope it's not tonight. We will give it our best shot."
Newport County captain Ian Hillier will a long-term absentee after suffering a horrific accident in midweek.
The County skipper broke his leg in three places, leading to fears that he may never play again.
Player/coach Steve Jenkins is expected to keep his place in an unchanged back four alongside Kevin Stephens, Ashley Vickers and David Collins.
The Exiles have no other injury worries following Wednesday's 2-0 defeat at home to Havant and Waterlooville.
Team Bath will be looking to close the gap on leaders AFC Wimbledon when Steve Castle's St Albans make the trip to Twerton Park.
Sami El-Abd was rested in midweek and will be hoping for a recall after the Scholars let in two goals in midweek.
Team Bath head coach told The Bath Chronicle: "I'm looking forward to it. St Albans will be a decent team, although I don't know a lot about them.
"They went to Eastleigh and won convincingly recently and that was a result that made you sit up and think.
"We'll concentrate on our own game and the one thing we've got to do is start better than we have in the last two matches."
St Albans City have signed ex-England youth international Ben Bowditch this week.
The 24-year-old midfielder joins the Saints from Cambridge City and goes straight into the side to face Havant & Waterlooville on Saturday.
The Saints are currently in 13th place with eight points from seven games.
Welling boss Andy Ford has the luxury of an injury free squad to choose from for the visit of Dorchester Town.
The Wings are just outside the promotion play-off places and will be keen to break into the top five with a victory this weekend.
Dorchester Town manager Shaun Brooks is sweating on the fitness of midfielder Kevin Hill.
Hill limped off in Tuesday's 2-2 draw with Team Bath and Brooks believes he should be able to shake off the niggles which forced him off.
He told the Dorset Echo: "Kevin was a bit sore after Tuesday and had to have ice on his ankle and groin but he should be okay and I would be surprised if he was not available, so it should be the same squad."
Richard Dryden's Worcester City welcome Fisher Athletic to St George's Lane on Saturday afternoon in confident spirits.
The Royals have suffered two home defeats thus far but are yet to taste defeat on their travels.
Dryden told Worcester News: "The performances at home haven't been great but the last week has cheered me up. We are very confident after the last two games so it's important we try and kick on."
Captain Craig Wilding misses out as he serves the first of his three-match suspension.
Dave Clarke, signed after a spell with Gresley, is expected to replace injured 'keeper Danny McDonnell.
Winger Matt Dodd could be fit to return following a groin strain and Dave Bampton may be in contention for the first time since hobbling out of the opening victory at Bognor.
Dryden added: "I am quite hopeful on Matt. Dave Bampton should be training and he will be a possibility. We will miss Danny and Craig."
Fisher Athletic are struggling this season after selling a number of their key players to Football League clubs.
Forward Wesley Thomas signed for Dagenham & Redbridge, while Jeff Goulding and full-back Mark Wright have signed for League Two side AFC Bournemouth.
