Chelmsford will hope to increase their lead at the summit when they play host to second-placed AFC Wimbledon during another full round of Blue Square South action on Saturday afternoon.
Basingstoke will hope to start climbing out of the relegation zone when they play host to Newport County.
The home side have made a poor start to the new season and currently sit four points adrift in the relegation zone.
County have made a slightly better start to the season, although they are currently flirting with the relegation zone in 17th place.
Both teams have leaked far too many goals and have struggled to find the net, so expect a tight encounter which, on current form, could go either way.
Bishops Stortford and Dorchester will be looking to move away from the relegation zone when the two sides meet on Saturday afternoon.
This match is seen as a relegation six-pointer, with both sides desperate to pick up a much-needed victory in order to push them up the table.
Bognor Regis Town are hoping the clash with Braintree Town on Saturday will end in a victory which should move them off the foot of the table.
The Rocks have failed to impress so far this season and will need to start doing so if they are to have any chance of avoiding relegation.
Braintree have struggled themselves so far and will view this clash as the ideal opportunity to kick-start their season.
Both teams have leaked goals this season so expect an open affair, with both sides eager to press forward.
St Albans City travel to Bromley on Saturday hoping to claim a victory which could lift them in to the play-off positions.
City have made an impressive start to the new campaign and they will be looking to keep that going for as long as possible.
Bromley have not hit top gear yet this season and this could be the match which sets them on their way.
Both teams have scored 17 goals so far, but City have the tighter defence.
Top-of-the-table Chelmsford will hope to increase their lead at the summit when they play host to second-placed AFC Wimbledon.
Head coach Jeff King has a few injury worries to contend with.
Defenders Steve Ward, Chris Duffy and Ian Cousins are all carrying knocks and require fitness tests ahead of the match.
King told City's official website ahead of the clash: "We've had some battles over the last couple of seasons and this fixture has a special edge.
"It's top against second with three points at stake and our rise together means that we've developed a bit of a rivalry."
Dons boss Terry Brown believes his side must not lose their focus going into the match.
He told the Dons' official website: "Moving on to Saturday's game, after all the excitement of the FA Cup draw it is important that we don't lose sight of our main target this year, which is promotion to the Blue Square Premier.
"They don't come any bigger than Saturday's game against Chelmsford. Once again we find ourselves battling against Jeff King's boys in what should be a very close and exciting game."
This crunch fixture will hand the league's top scorer, Jon Main, the chance to further increase his lead at the top of the scoring charts.
Hampton & Richmond will be hoping to further cement their play-off hopes when they face Eastleigh.
Beavers manager Alan Devonshire has a virtually fully-fit squad from which to choose.
However, Stuart Lake will miss out due to a persistent injury.
The Spitfires will have the chance to move closer to the play-off places and in the process denting the Beavers' play-off hopes.
The home side have been poor defensively this season, while the visitors have been prolific in front of goal.
Those two statistics should ensure an open match, so expect a few goals.
Fisher will view the clash with Thurrock as the ideal opportunity to move out of the relegation zone and boost their season.
Both teams have been poor in defence, with Fisher conceding the most goals so far - 27.
This is a vital clash for both sides as another defeat may permanently dent morale, meaning a relegation battle will be on the cards for the remainder of the campaign.
Hayes & Yeading will see the clash with Havant and Waterlooville as the ideal opportunity for them to move into the play-off positions.
Hayes & Yeading have made a fantastic start to the new campaign and are keen to see that form continue for as long as possible.
A play-off berth is not out of the question and that will be their lowest aim for the campaign.
Havant and Waterlooville are sitting in mid-table at the moment and will hope that a possible victory in this match will be the catalyst that lifts them up the table.
Team Bath entertain Maidenhead United on Saturday hoping to move into first place on the league table.
Bath head coach Andy Tillson told the club's official website: "They beat us fair and square and they've done well since then.
"That set us back a year, but I think we've become a better team since then and I'm sure they've moved on too.
"They're all big games at the moment, but the players understand that and they're pretty focused.
"We're enjoying the pressure games at the moment, and that's what makes you a good player and a good team."
Goalkeeper Alex McCarthy will keep his place in the side after impressing during the clash with Salisbury last weekend.
United also have the chance to move into first place, depending on other results over the weekend.
Richard Pacquette has been in fine form for United and he will be hoping to add to his ten goals so far this season.
Both teams have been in fine form in front of goal this season, so expect a few goals.
Weston-Super-Mare will be looking to make a push up the table when they play host to Bath City on Saturday afternoon.
The home side will be without the suspended Andy Gurney, but Craig Rand may feature after a long period on the sidelines.
Rand told the club's official website: "To say it has been frustrating would be an understatement.
"The club have been magnificent during my time on the sidelines as have the fans who have shown concern and compassion and I can't wait to re-pay their faith and get back playing in front of the most passionate and dedicated supporters in the league."
Things looks bleak for Weston as Bath City are seen as their bogey team.
Bath have won 30 of the 35 matches the two clubs have competed in, with Weston winning just twice.
Both teams have been poor defensively this season, so expect an open clash with both sides eager to push on in the league.
Worcester City and Welling United will both see this clash as a must-win if they are to achieve their ambitions of reaching the play-offs this season.
Worcester were written off by the critics before the season started, something which manager Richard Dryden believes has been put to bed already.
He told Worcester News: "I think at the start of the season there were people questioning if we could survive with the players we had and I think we have proved we can survive if people play to their potential.
"If we can take a step up and get in the play-offs that will be a massive achievement."
Matt Dodd is available for selection after an injury while Matt Dinsmore is also pushing for a start.
Michael McGrath may miss out if Dinsmore starts, while Jon Richardson is rated as a doubt.
Welling have impressed so far this season and they will hope their run continues this weekend.
Ryan Martin has netted on five occasions so far and he will want to find the net once again to help his team move up the table.
