League leaders AFC Wimbledon play host to play-off chasers Welling United, while second-placed Hampton & Richmond entertain fourth-placed Chelmsford at Beveree Stadium.
Wimbledon will be looking to further extend their lead at the top of the table when seventh-placed Welling United make the trip to Kingsmeadow.
The Dons ended a three-match goalless run with a 2-0 victory over Dorchester Town last weekend and manager Terry Brown will be looking for more of the same this time around.
Brown has seen his side concede just one goal in their last five matches but they have certainly failed to perform at the other end of the pitch.
Jon Main has been a consistent goalscorer for the Dons but Brown has no attacking cover if his key striker does happen to suffer an injury at this crucial stage of the season.
Defender Ben Judge misses out after his red card against Weston-super-Mare and Brown could be tempted to pair Goodliffe and Inns together in his absence.
Welling will be hoping to keep their play-off aspirations alive with a good performance against the league leaders on Saturday.
The Wings still have an outside chance of reaching the play-offs and will be flying high after their Kent Cup semi-final victory against Ramsgate on Wednesday night.
Relegation-threatened Basingstoke Town prepare for the visit of rock-bottom Fisher Athletic, while 14th-placed Bishop's Stortford take on second-from-bottom Bognor Regis Town.
Maidenhead United make the trip to 18th-placed Dorchester Town as they look to maintain their chase for a play-off berth.
Chelmsford City hope they are the team to emerge from the pack just behind the top two and make themselves favourites for second spot as they take-on Hampton & Richmond Borough at Beveree Stadium.
The Clarets sit alongside Hayes & Yeading United and Eastleigh on 64 points in the berths between third and fifth, but victory at the Beveree would close the four-point gap behind Hampton to just a single point with City yet to meet Alan Devonshire's side at Melbourne before the end of the campaign.
Two more dropped points at home to Basingstoke Town on Monday night saw Head Coach Glenn Pennyfather effectively write-off any lingering hopes there were of putting pressure on A.F.C. Wimbledon at the top, who have a healthy advantage over the competition.
But runners-up spot and the advantages that holds for the play-offs, is still achievable and the team will be keen to re-discover their form and prepare for them.
Chelmsford have no new injury worries ahead of the visit. Long-term absentees Chris Duffy, Steve Ward and Erkan Okay will all continue to be absent from the defence but there are no suspensions to concern Jeff King and his Management Team.
Hampton, however, will have been shocked to lose heavily at Welling United seven days previously, only their second Blue Square South defeat since 8th November.
Havant and Waterlooville and Thurrock are both involved in relegation scrap making this a must-win game for both managers.
11th-placed St Albans City play host to 15th-placed Newport County, while eighth-placed Team Bath prepare to take on 13th-placed Braintree Town at Twerton Park.
16th-placed Weston-super-Mare will be looking to further distance themselves from the drop zone when 10th-placed Bromley visit Woodspring Stadium.
Mid-table Worcester City welcome fifth-placed Eastleigh to St George's Lane boosted by the return of goalkeeper Danny McDonnell.
Worcester boss Richard Dryden is confident that the goalkeeper will be fit to play after suffering a shoulder injury on Monday evening.
Back-up goalkeeper Chris Tardif - who is also registered to British Gas Business South and West basement side Winchester - is expected to stay at St George's Lane for the foreseeable future.
Dryden told Worcester News: "Danny should be fit to play so Chris is going to hold his horses and we will see what happens after Saturday and next Tuesday.
"Chris will be there for us if we need him. Danny has been excellent and it would be great if he could finish the season."
Eastleigh manager Ian Baird will have to make do without the services of suspended midfielder Gavin Heeroo.
However, on-loan Brighton striker Jonny Dixon could make a welcome return after spending the last month on the treatment table with a leg injury.
