With league leaders Gateshead not playing in midweek, second-placed Tamworth will have the chance to claim pole position in the Blue Square North Standings.
In the Blue Square South, third-placed Eastleigh prepare for the visit of 10th-placed St Albans City, while play-off chasers Bath City play host to relegation-threatened Thurrock.
Relegation-threatened Blyth Spartans prepare for the visit of fellow strugglers Redditch to Croft Park on Tuesday night.
Both sides will be hoping to record a morale-boosting victory in a bid to distance themselves from the dreaded drop zone.
The Spartans will be feeling frustrated after being held to a 1-1 draw by rock-bottom Hucknall Town on Saturday and manager Harry Dunn will undoubtedly be looking for a positive response from his players.
Blyth currently find themselves sitting in 19th place 33 points from 33 games, while Redditch hover just one place above them with a three-point cushion.
Redditch boosted their chances of survival with a 2-1 win at Farsley Celtic on Saturday and manager Gary Whild will be hoping for more of the same in midweek.
Striker Marvin Robinson injured his calf in Saturday's warm-up and could miss out again.
17th-placed Farsley Celtic prepare to take on high-flyers AFC Telford at Throstle Nest as they look to open a bigger gap on the relegation zone.
The Villagers have suffered a torrid time at home of late, much to the displeasure of manager Neil Parsley.
He told Farsley Today: "We can't seem to get a result at home at the minute and it is not helping. We seem to be a bag of nerves at home and today we didn't create anything.
"Redditch are strong, physical and get the ball forward quickly but we didn't look in too much danger in the first half as their goal came out of the blue. We then got back on level terms but then succumbed to a sucker-punch."
AFC Telford currently occupy the last play-off spot with 57 points from 34 games but will be wary of slipping up with sixth-placed Stalybridge Celtic hot on their heels.
Title rivals Southport and Tamworth square off at Haig Avenue in what promises to be a real six-pointer.
Sandgrounders boss Liam Watson will have to make do without the services of skipper James Connolly, who suffered a hamstring injury on Saturday.
However, trio Michael Powell, Chris Lever and Adam Flynn return to contention after missing Saturday's 3-2 win against Stafford Rangers.
Tamworth boss Gary Mills managed to bring in two new faces before the weekend's clash in the shape of Richard Tait and Mark Dudley.
The duo should be available to play on Tuesday and assistant boss Darron Gee has called on the Lambs to maintain their focus.
He told the club's official website after the 2-1 victory over Fleetwood Town: "We've just got keep winning and will treat every game the same.
"Today (Saturday) we started fantastically and could have wrapped it up completely before Fleetwood got their goal.
"They were on a good run and we expected it to be a hard game, but we're obviously delighted with another three points towards promotion."
15th-placed Workington play host to 10th-placed Fleetwood Town with the knowledge that they have secured their safety this season.
The 40-point mark is generally regarded as the target for teams looking to secure their survival and the Reds are currently on 42 points from 35 games.
The Fishermen trail the play-off places by nine points and still hold an outside chance of reaching the play-offs - depending on their next few results.
Bath City will be looking to maintain their play-off aspirations on Tuesday evening when relegation-threatened Thurrock make the trip to Croft Park.
The Spartans were held to a 1-1 draw by mid-table Bromley on Saturday but manager Adie Britton remains optimistic that his side can still make the play-offs.
He told The Bath Chronicle: "It does feel possible. With Chelmsford losing today, if we can beat them at home (on April 18) there is only three points in it and that's got to be possible.
"If we can get over 72 points then I don't think a side has ever got that many and not reached the play-offs."
Thurrock find themselves in 20th place with 31 points from 35 games and are in desperate need of three points.
Third-placed Eastleigh prepare to take on 10th-placed St Albans City at the Silverlake Stadium as they look to gut the gap on second-placed Hampton & Richmond.
The Spitfires will be flying high after becoming the first team to do the double over league leaders AFC Wimbledon this season.
Eastleigh's director of football David Malone spoke to the Southern Daily Echo after Saturday's victory.
He said: "Everyone's digging in and showing huge resilience and that's exactly what Bairdy was like as a player and still is as a manager," said Malone.
"Even if it was handball by Tom Jordan, the laws of football dictate that you dust yourselves down and just get on with it when a decision goes against you.
"Wimbledon are too used to having things their own way and I think they'd struggle at a higher level because they don't seem to have a great deal of resilience when things go against them. It's disappointing that some of their representatives didn't accept defeat with good grace."
St Albans City were held to a goalless draw by a stubborn Thurrock on Saturday, effectively ending their slim hops of reaching the play-offs.
James Fisher missed Saturday's disappointing draw through injury and could miss out again, with Adam Everitt on stand-by to deputise once again.
Goalkeeper Paul Bastock has returned to fitness but may have to be content with a place on the bench at the expense of the in-form Lee Butcher.
