Dorchester Town will be looking to build on their fantastic start to the campaign when they travel to Staines Town on Tuesday night.
The Magpies recorded a fine 3-0 victory over St Albans City to leave them top of the table after the first round of fixtures.
However, Staines Town will also be looking to add to their three-point haul which they picked up thanks to a last-gasp winner against Weston-Super-Mare.
The Swans are new to the league and back-to-back victories would represent a massive boost to the club ahead of a long, hard campaign.
Bath City have boosted their attacking options ahead of the clash with Maidenhead United by signing Kaid Mohamed.
Mohamed has been brought in by manager Adie Britton to add something different up front.
Britton told This Is Bath: "He's sharp, good on the ball and gets down the side of people. He offers us something different to Darren (Edwards) and Stuart (Douglas).
"He's definitely got goals in him and we tried to sign him at Merthyr before he went to Swindon.
"It didn't really work out for him there but then there's a big difference between non-league and league football."
Mohamed is expected to feature at some point in the match, while goalkeeper Will Puddy will start despite a poor showing over the weekend.
Lewis Hogg will miss the match due to suspension, while Mark Badman is rated as a doubt after picking up a neck injury.
Maidenhead picked up a point in their opening fixture and will view this clash away at Bath City as vital if they are to go on and achieve things this season.
St Albans will be eager to bounce back from their heavy defeat to Dorchester when they entertain Worcester City at Clarence Park.
Worcester themselves suffered defeat on the opening day, making this encounter a must win for both clubs.
Woking's clash with Chelmsford represents the game of the evening, with both sides having something to prove.
The Cards will want to bounce straight back up after suffering relegation from the Blue Square Premier last season and they got off to the perfect start in their quest to secure just that with a 2-1 win at Welling.
Chelmsford are seen as the favourites to achieve promotion this season and a victory on the opening day has set them on their way.
