Tuesday's Blue Square South preview

High-flying Basingstoke Town play host to fifth-placed Woking on Tuesday evening, while newcomers Dover Athletic make the trip to seventh-placed Thurrock.

Basingstoke Town will have their sights set on reclaiming pole position in the league standings when Graham Baker's Woking make the trip to The Camrose.

The Dragons are tied for points with league leaders Newport County after playing to a goalless draw at Lewes on Saturday afternoon and manager Frank Gray has called on his side to maintain their unbeaten record.

He told the Bazingstoke Gazette: "It will be a tough game but a good test for us. Hopefully we will be able to bounce back from Saturday and be a bit more lively.

"They are one of the teams we have to compete with if we want to be up there."

Gray will have to make do without the services of Matt Warner, who is due to undergo keyhole surgery on his knee on Monday.

Ryan Stephens and Adam Aimable remain on the sidelines but defender Sean Hankin will face a late fitness test after missing the weekend's clash with a stomach bug.

The Cards currently find themselves sitting in fifth place with 17 points from eight matches and Baker will be hoping for more of the same from his side.

Baker has doubts over the fitness of forward Moses Ademola, who is struggling to shrug off a groin problem.

However, centre-half Jon Boardman will definitely miss out again as he continues his rehabilitation from a groin operation last month.

Ninth-placed Bath City prepare for the visit of 14th-placed Eastleigh, while Mark Goldberg's Bromley take on 4th-placed Braintree Town at The Courage Stadium.

Strugglers Dorchester Town prepare for the visit of sixth-placed Havant and Waterlooville, while mid-table Hampton & Richmond Borough play host to 13th-placed Bishop's Stortford at Beveree Stadium.
