Third-placed Woking prepare for the visit of second-placed Newport County on Saturday, while league leaders Dover Athletic play host to Bath City at Perry's Crabble Stadium.
Bishop's Stortford will be targeting a third successive victory when 19th-placed Dorchester Town make the trip to Woodside Park.
The Bishops currently find themselves sitting in 10th place in the league standings and another win on Saturday could see them close the gap on the play-off places.
High-flying Braintree Town will be looking to maintain their impressive start to the season when seventh-placed Basingstoke Town visit Cressing Road Stadium.
The Iron will hand late fitness tests to Mark Jones and Sean Marks, who are struggling with a dead leg and a tight groin respectively.
Basingstoke boss Frank Gray is hoping his side can bounce back from two consecutive defeats and is likely to make a number of changes.
Gary Frewen (knee) and Lewis Christon (groin) face late fitness tests after missing last weekend's defeat to Bishop's Stortford at home.
Tom Williamson (groin) and Sean Hankin (ankle) are also rated as doubtful, but Matt Warner will definitely miss out as he continues his rehabilitation from knee surgery.
Dover Athletic boss Andy Hessenthaler has hinted that he could play some part in Saturday's match against Bath City as injury problems mount at Perry's Crabble Stadium.
Jake Marsh (groin), Adam Birchall, Frannie Collin, Shaun Welford, Matt Fish and Craig Cloke are all on the treatment table, leaving Hessenthaler with just 15 fit players to choose from.
He told Kentish Football: "We're down to fifteen players so unfortunately for the team the old man, the manager, has to dust his boots and put himself on the bench (as) we're being tested a little bit with injuries."
Bath City hope to obtain international clearance for new signing Florin Ioan Pelecaci in time for Saturday's clash.
The Romanian midfielder is the friend of summer signing Sido Jombati and has been training with the club during the last few weeks.
City are hoping to have Jombati, Mark Badman and goalkeeper Will Puddy available, while Marcus Browning returns to contention after completing a three-match suspension.
Eastleigh prepare to take on ninth-placed Chelmsford City at Silverlake Stadium, while sixth-placed Havant & Waterlooville play host to 14th-placed Hampton & Richmond Borough at West Leigh Park.
Strugglers Lewes prepare to take on 16th-placed Maidenhead United at the Dripping Pan after playing to a 1-1 draw against Bath City last weekend.
