AFC Telford play host to fellow play-off hopefuls Eastwood Town on Tuesday evening, while Blue Square South high-flyers Braintree Town visit Maidenhead United.
Rob Smith's AFC Telford will have the chance to strengthen their play-off credentials when seventh-placed Eastwood Town make the trip to New Bucks Head.
Looking ahead to the clash, Smith told the club's official website: "To be honest I think it is, certainly the biggest week of the season.
"All that has gone has gone, it no longer matters and it all boils down to one week. If we have a good week, then the remainder of the season will be of massive interest.
"We can't wait for the challenge this week brings the club and I hope we have a bit of the "Witton" spirit on the terraces."
Paul Cox's Badgers currently trail the Bucks by two places and one point after their 1-0 victory over Droylsden at the weekend.
Ilkeston Town will be aiming to keep their play-off aspirations alive when Gainsborough Trinity visit New Manor Ground.
The Reds find themselves sitting in 11th place in the league standings but still have a reasonable chance of making the play-offs, while Gainsborough will be desperate to claim all three points as they hover dangerously close to the dreaded drop zone.
Mid-table Northwich Victoria entertain relegation-threatened Vauxhall Motors, while play-off chasing Stalybridge Celtic play host to strugglers Hyde United at Bower Fold.
Second-placed Southport will be targeting all three points when play-off hopefuls Workington visit Haig Avenue.
Sandgrounders boss Liam Watson will be hoping his side can claim all the spoils in midweek as they look to haul in league leaders Fleetwood Town.
Workington are currently in ninth place with 41 points from 28 games.
Strugglers Bishop's Stortford prepare for the visit of play-off chasing Dover Athletic to Woodside Park.
The Bishops occupy 17th place in the Blue Square South standings with 37 points from 34 games, while the Whites sit in seventh position with a total of 53 points from 33 fixtures.
Relegation-threatened Hampton & Richmond Borough play host to high-flyers Bath City at Beveree Stadium, while 15th-placed Maidenhead United entertain third-placed Braintree Town at York Road.
Hakan Hayrettin's Thurrock prepare for the visit of 13th-placed Woking to Ship Lane as they look to keep their play-off aspirations alive.
However, the Fleet slipped to a third successive defeat at the weekend and another defeat in midweek would see their chances of making the play-off places take another blow.
