Second-placed Chelmsford will be looking to take one step closer to the play-offs when they entertain Hampton & Richmond at Melbourne Stadium.
Chelmsford boss Glenn Pennyfather has urged his charges to give it one final push.
"I think it's obviously the business end of the season," he told thisistotalessex.co.uk.
"I think it's what Sir Alex Ferguson would call 'squeaky bum time'.
"It's a great time of the season, especially when you have got something to play for, it's obviously a nervy point for everybody and we are desperate to do well.
"I think looking at some other teams' fixtures they are playing sides in and around the play-off zone and they are more difficult games.
"We have an okay run-in."
The Beavers are in 17th place and are hoping to have a strong finish after a disappointing season.
"Things change in football as Hampton were flying last season and ended-up being unlucky to be pipped by AFC Wimbledon for the title," added Pennyfather.
"They went into last season's play-offs with all the momentum and obviously overcame us but changes in personnel since then as well as injuries to senior players have seen their fortunes reversed."
In the match of the weekend third-placed Braintree Town make the trip to fourth-placed Staines Town.
The Iron assistant manager Jason Broom is confident his charges can overcome the Swans.
"We obviously want to win every game, but when you look at it you would think that something around the 70 point mark would get a play-off spot," he said.
"It's yet another away game isn't it!" joked Broom. "It's tough, all the games are tough, but we can go their and be confident."
Braintree should have a fully-fit squad for the tie with Matt Game set to return from injury.
Welling United, who are in fifth spot, will be looking to continue their surge for the play-offs when they make the trip to Droylsden at the Dripping Pan.
The Wings are brimming with confidence going into the game after their 7-1 thrashing of Weymouth last time out.
Fellow promotion charges Dover and Bath City face tricky away trips to St Albans and Baskingstoke respectively while champions Newport County will be eager to bounce back from their defeat to Thurrock last time out when they host Woking at the Newport Stadium on Saturday.
