League leaders Newport County are targeting a three-point haul when they take on 10th placed Havant and Waterlooville at West Leigh Park on Saturday.
Bath City and Staines Town square off at Twerton Park in a match that could decide the play-off fate of both clubs.
The Romans are currently in sixth place with 62 points from 38 games, while Staines sit in fifth position with a one-point lead on their opponents.
Looking ahead to the clash, Bath boss Adie Britton told the Bath Chronicle: "Saturday will be a very tough game, we know that, but it is one to look forward to.
"It is one we want to win. If we do then we would have to do very badly not to get in the play-offs, so it is a big chance for us.
"It's a game we certainly don't want to lose but we don't really go into any game thinking we will play for a draw.
"You might have 10-minute spells where you are under the cosh and decide to shut up shop for a bit but you can't go into a game thinking that.
"We are set up to attack sides, we score our quota of goals and I don't see any reason why we can't do that on Saturday."
Bishop's Stortford will be aiming to open a bigger gap on the relegation places when fellow strugglers Maidenhead United visit Woodside Park.
The Bishops currently occupy 16th place in the Blue Square South with 43 points from 39 fixtures, while the Magpies sit in 17 position with one less point but two games in hand.
Play-off contenders Braintree Town will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when 13th placed St Albans City make the trip to Cressing road Stadium.
The Iron played to a 1-1 draw with third placed Chelmsford City on Easter Monday and another win would confirm their place in the end-of-season play-offs.
The Saints slumped to a 3-0 defeat at the hands of strugglers Hampton & Richmond Borough on Monday and their last victory came in mid-March against play-off hopefuls Thurrock.
Chelmsford City are expecting a stern test from Dorchester Town when they travel to the Avenue Stadium.
Dorchester boss Ashley Vickers steered his side to an impressive 6-1 victory over Basingstoke Town on Monday and Chelmsford boss Glenn Pennyfather believes his charges can record a winning result.
Pennyfather told Chelmsford's official website: "I don't think they've lost at home since Ashley took charge and they'll be buoyed by their 6-1 win in midweek.
"It's a long way for us to travel and Dorchester have already been talking-up their prospects for next season but we're playing well away from home and will have completed our usual preparations.
"We go for three points each time we play and we can gain them from every match if we're on our game.
"Looking at the fixtures we have the toughest game this week compared with most of our rivals but I like to think, once we've played our game in hand, we'll have a much better idea of the play-off fold next Saturday. It's up to us to fulfil our potential."
High-flying Dover Athletic can confirm their play-off status with a win against Weymouth at Perrys Crabble Stadium.
The Whites sit in second place with 71 points from 39 fixtures, while the Terras are rock-bottom in the league standings with 19 points from 39 games.
Hampton & Richmond Borough will be aiming to open a bigger gap on the relegation zone when relegation-threatened Weston-super-Mare visit Beveree Stadium.
The Beavers currently find themselves sitting in 18th position with 42 points from 37 games, while the Seagulls are second-from-bottom with 23 points from 38 fixtures.
