Runaway champions Newport will look to extend their dominance of the Blue Square South when they host second-placed Dover at Newport Stadium on Saturday.

The Exiles are 23 points clear at the summit - three off a hundred - and will back themselves to sink their closest challengers.

Club boss Dean Holdsworth says they will use the century mark as extra motivation for their final two games of the season.

"We are nearly at the end of a very long and successful season, but there is a little bit more work to do," he told WalesOnline.co.uk.

"I hope these players will get that 100-point mark to complete a great season for everybody."

The Whites' daunting fixture could open the door for Chelmsford to jump into second-place should Newport prevail and they sink relegation candidates Worcester at Melbourne Stadium.

Meanwhile, Braintree Town could apply some pressure on the front-runners, minus the Ironsides, when they visit Basingstoke at the Camrose.

The Iron are currently four points behind the Whites, while the Dragons are free of relegation concerns in 15th place.

Staying near the top of the standings, play-off chasing Bath City will be desperate to bag maximum points when they visit Bromley at Courage Stadium.

The Romans are a point off Woking in fifth-place, while they enjoy a 13-point cushion on the Ravens.

Likewise, the Cards will be determined to come out on top of their respective trip to Clarence Park where they will lock horns with 15th-placed St Albans.

At the other end of the table, Lewes could rise out of the drop zone if they beat struggling Dorchester at home and Worcester go down to Chelmsford, while Bishop's Stortford will look to cement their survival when they visit 11th-placed Eastleigh at Silverlake Stadium.
