Chelmsford boss Glenn Pennyfather believes the pressure is on Bath City despite them having a two goal advantage going into the second leg of their Blue Square South play-off semi final.
The Clarets will have home ground advantage on Saturday and Pennyfather has called on the home supporters to inspire their side to the play-off final.
He told the NonleagueDaily: "The pressure is all on them as we simply have to win.
"Bath have everything to lose. They're leading and go into the game as favourites but it's a precarious lead and they'll come here to a cauldron of noise.
"It'll be exciting and tense and we need the Claret Army more than ever. They can play their part and suck the ball in for us.
"We've taken every positive out of it as we had a stranglehold for such a long time.
"We had long periods of pressure and created chances - it wasn't just pressure with possession of the ball. On another night we could have been two or three up before Bath even got a sniff of our goal. But we didn't and we find ourselves in this position. We've got the ammunition to create and convert chances.
"There were no negative noises from us, even straight after the game, and everyone was geeing each other up.
"We know things can turn around so quickly. This is what we've worked hard for during these last nine months and it's a position many people didn't think we'd be in. The players have all responded well and we've given ourselves this massive opportunity for our club."
Anthony Cook has been added to the injury list which includes Ben Martin, Steven Clark, Mark Haines, Marlon Patterson and Ben Nunn, while Dave Rainford will undergo a late fitness test.
Ricky Modeste will miss the clash through suspension after he was sent off in the first leg.
Meanwhile, Bath City boss Adie Britton has called on his side to lift their game for the tie.
"I'm very pleased with the result but the performance wasn't what I expected," he told ThisisBath.
"That is probably as poorly as we have played in six months. At no stage of the game did I feel we got good phases of play together and we gave the ball away cheaply.
"We weren't terribly composed and, given the possession they had throughout the game, the result is really a bit of a surprise.
"The second leg on Saturday will still be very, very tough as 2-0 is no great lead. We have got to be much more organised and quite clearly put in a much better performance on Saturday if we are going to go through.
"But when all else fails, the one thing we have as a unit is very good spirit."
The Romans welcome back Adie Harris, who returns from suspension and Chris Holland, who has recovered from a knee injury. However, Mark Badman will miss out through suspension having received his marching orders during the first leg.
