Early league leaders Braintree Town will look to follow up their convincing 3-0 win over newly-promoted Farnborough on the opening day of the season with another three points.
Their opponents this Tuesday are Maidenhead United, who also got their season off to the perfect start with a 2-1 win over Ebbsfleet United - this despite having two players sent off.
Braintree boss Rod Stringer hailed his side's positive start but knows his side will have their work cut out for their against an ambitious United side under manager Johnson Hippolyte. He has set his sights on a top half of the table finish this season after ending last season a disappointing 16th.
Staines Town manager Steve Cordery felt his side under performed on the weekend, despite his side beating Lewes 1-0 in their opener. Their opponents this Tuesday are Bishop's Stortford, who were delighted with their 2-1 defeat over the more fancied Eastleigh side.
Former Arsenal, Gillingham and Oldham left-back Rene Steer looks set to continue in the Town line-up in place of the injured Dominic Sterling while midfielder Andre Scarlett is expected to play. He made it through the last match despite being involved in a car accident on the way to the game.
Boreham Wood on the other end of the scale, got off to a far less auspicious start as they crashed 2-0 to perennial relegation reprieved side Weston-super-Mare.
Their opponents in their second encounter are Bromley, who recorded a morale-boosting 2-1 win, when it appeared as if they were set for a dismal opening day. A shocking start to their encounter was eventually overturned and the win was made even sweeter after Jamie Butler pulled off a late penalty save to claim all three points.
For Dorchester and opponents Eastleigh, their upcoming clash represents a chance to put right their short-comings of the weekend.
2-1 defeats for both sides, against Bromley and Bishop's Stortford respectively, outlined their inability to hold on to a lead after they started brightly and took the lead, only to capitulate late on.
Elsewhere Dover take on Welling while St Albans and Basingstoke come head to head and Hampton & Richmond face Dartford.
Dover boss Martin Hayes was pleasantly surprised with his side's form after their 1-0 win over Woking. Welling, meanwhile drew 0-0 with Hampton & Richmond and their opponents this mid-week come into the game with their heads held high after a 2-2 draw with Havant and Waterlooville.
