Leaders Woking will fancy their prospects as they visit second-bottom Hampton and Richmond Borough in the Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.
The Cardinals, sitting 13 points clear at the summit, edged third-placed Dartford 1-0 despite playing with ten men for much of their previous outing. They'll expect an easier assignment against the Beavers, who were last trounced 4-0 by Eastleigh at West Leigh Park.
Chelmsford, in second with 55 points, make the trip to Bromley fresh off a 3-2 defeat of high-flying Weston-super-Mare. The Ravens, flirting with relegation in 18th spot, can draw confidence from a 2-0 victory at Salisbury last weekend.
Dartford are a point behind Chelmsford after their loss to Woking. They next welcome mid-table Salisbury, who dispatched Eastleigh 2-0 earlier in the week.
Welling United, in fourth, are next up against Dover Athletic following a 3-1 win over Havant and Waterlooville. The Whites will be keen to bolster their play-off ambitions as they sit seven points off the play-off places. Nicky Forster's men got the better of Truro City in a recent 3-1 scoreline.
Fifth-placed Sutton United are eight points ahead of their upcoming opponents Weston-super-Mare. The U's, 1-0 victors over Basingstoke last weekend, will stage the encounter at Borough Sports Ground, with the visitors looking to bounce back from their five-goal capitulation to Chelmsford.
Eastleigh, in eighth on 42 points, seek a return to winning ways after losing at Salisbury. The Spitfires are scheduled to host 13th-placed Truro City, who as mentioned recently went down to Dover.
Ninth-placed Dorchester tackle lowly Havant and Waterlooville at The Avenue Stadium, with the hosts earning a point at the same venue against Dover. The Hawks will seek a return to winning ways after their defeat to Welling.
Basingstoke, in 10th spot, are likewise looking to recover from their respective loss to Sutton. The Dragons will have home advantage on this occasion as they prepare for bottom club Thurrock. The Fleet are five points behind Hampton and Richmond after a late goal saw them go down to Farnborough on Tuesday.
Goal difference is all that separates Maidenhead and Boreham Wood ahead of their meeting at York Road. The visiting Wood, in 15th place, currently have the edge after being held by Eastbourne Borough last time out. Maidenhead, likewise, could make limited headway in a 1-1 stalemate with Thurrock.
In other action, Eastbourne Borough entertain fellow strugglers Staines Town, while Farnborough welcome Tonbridge Angels.
The Sports, in 19th spot, are four points ahead of the Swans following their draw with Boreham Wood. Steve Cordery's outfit, meanwhile, were beaten at home by Farnborough last weekend.
Fourteenth-placed Farnborough will look to build on their recent defeat of Thurrock. They trail the 11th-placed Angels by two points, with Tommy Warrilow's charges thumping Weston-super-Mare 3-0 in their last league test.
