Leaders Woking visit Eastbourne Borough, while high-flyers Welling and Sutton United collide in the Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.
The Cardinals, with 81 points, are eight ahead of nearest rivals Dartford, who have a game in hand. Garry Hill's outfit show little sign of stumbling as they thrashed Weston-super-Mare 3-0 on Tuesday.
They'll fancy their prospects against the relegation-threatened Sports, who recently eclipsed fellow strugglers Staines Town 2-1.
Welling, in third with 69 points, are four points ahead of fourth-placed Sutton. The Wings enter proceedings with confidence following a 4-0 dismantling of ten-man Maidenhead United. Their opponents, by contrast, are smarting from a 6-1 drubbing at Dartford earlier in the week.
Dartford, naturally, are upbeat ahead of their trip to mid-table Dorchester. The Magpies went down 2-1 to Chelmsford at The Avenue Stadium last time out.
Chelmsford, in fifth with 61 points, face their next test in the form of Basingstoke. The Dragons are nine points poorer in seventh, with Frank Gray's men edging Truro City 2-1 on Tuesday.
Sixth-placed Dover welcome Staines Town to Perry's Crabble Stadium, boasting a hefty 26-point advantage. The Whites beat Farnborough 2-0 on Wednesday, while the 20th-placed Swans, as mentioned came unstuck against Eastbourne last weekend.
Tonbridge Angels, in eighth, hope to claim maximum points for the week when they visit Havant and Waterlooville. The Angels ousted Eastleigh 2-1 on Tuesday. The Hawks, in 19th, could make little headway in a goalless draw at Bromley in their matching fixture.
Weston-s-Mare, in ninth, will play host to second-bottom Hampton & Richmond, with the Beavers drawing 0-0 with Maidenhead United last Saturday. The Seagulls, as mentioned, recently endured a hefty defeat to pacesetting Woking.
A single point separates 10th-placed Eastleigh and Boreham Wood ahead of their meeting at Meadow Park. The Spitfires seek a return to winning ways following their narrow loss to the Angels, while the trailing Wood were held by Salisbury 1-1 on Monday.
Farnborough, hurting from their loss to Dover, have a chance to make amends against Bromley. The mid-table Yellows are nine points richer than the Lilywhites, who as mentioned recently shared the spoils with Havant and Waterlooville.
In other action, 16th-placed Maidenhead United entertain Salisbury, while Truro City welcome Thurrock.
The Magpies, no doubt, will be eager to impress after their implosion against the Wings at York Road, the same venue for Saturday's showdown. Their opponents, in 14th, as mentioned claimed a point at Boreham Wood last time out.
Truro City, in 15th, will seek to inflict further misery on bottom club Thurrock. The White Tigers will expect an easier contest than their recent loss at Basingstoke.
The Fleet, however, can draw confidence from a rare 2-0 success at Dorchester's expense last weekend.
