Mid-table Hayes & Yeading travel to the Glassworld Stadium on Saturday for a Blue Square Premier clash against 14th-placed Histon.
Stutes boss Alan Lewer has just one concern in Danny Wright who has a back injury, but the striker is expected to feature.
If Wright does recover he will replace Andrew Tidswell in the starting XI.
Lewer was delighted to see his side claim a point in their last encounter as they drew 1-1 with York City.
He told Cambridge News: "I thought we played very well against a very good York side.
"We showed great character to come back and I was really pleased that people gave 100 per cent."
United, meanwhile, suffered a humiliating 6-1 defeat to Rushden & Diamonds in their last outing which prompted coach Garry Haylock to question the commitment of his players.
"I hope they are embarrassed, I really do, and if they are not now they will be when we look at the video," Haylock told the Uxbridge Gazette
But the manager is hoping for a positive response from his charges.
"I expect a subdued group this week but I would hope for a reaction", he added. "We've got some good people here, some good personalities, but whether they are up to this level, I don't know."
Hayes & Yeading boosted their ranks with a triple swoop on transfer deadline day with goalkeeper Clark Masters, defender Ed Harris and midfielder Andrejs Stolcers all joining the club.
The trio are all available for the trip to Cambridgeshire while forward Steve Basham returns to the fray after recovering from a neck injury.
