The league's governing body, the Football Conference, have issued an official statement with regards to Northwich Victoria, Forest Green Rovers and Salisbury City.
The statement reads as follows:
"During the course of Tuesday and Wednesday , the Football Association considered appeals lodged by Northwich Victoria and Salisbury City against respective decisions of the Football Conference.
"These decisions determined both clubs were not eligible for membership of the competition next season, for having failed to meet Competition Rules on Insolvency requirements.
"The Football Association confirmed on Thursday both Appeals had been dismissed.
"The result of the decisions mean Forest Green Rovers retains its position in the Blue Square Bet Premier next season, Harrogate Town is retained in Blue Square Bet North and Weston-super-Mare has been reprieved in Blue Square Bet South."
