Kettering Town will be aiming to clinch a sixth-place finish with a victory over Salisbury City at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium on Saturday.
Salisbury manager Tommy Widdrington will be hoping that James Bittner and Chris Flood can recover from the bug that ruled them out of Tuesday's 4-1 win against Altrincham.
The Whites boss had just 14 fit players to choose from on Tuesday, including himself and two goalkeepers.
Kettering player-manager Lee harper is expecting a stern test from a Salisbury on Saturday.
Defender Ian Roper faces a late fitness tests as he looks to shrug off a hamstring injury in time for Saturday's clash.
Looking ahead to Saturday's encounter, Harper told Northants ET: "It will be a very tough game.
"They are enjoying an excellent run and they have a good young manager (Tommy Widdrington).
"The lad Tubbs is an excellent player and I know he has been watched by clubs much higher up the ladder.
"It will take another good defensive display from us if we are to get anything from the game."
