Barrow can move closer to securing their Blue Square Premier status when they entertain Crawley Town at Holker Street on Thursday evening.
The Bluebirds are currently three points clear of the relegation zone and have games in hand over their closest rivals for the drop.
Home matches are vital for Barrow if they are to stay up and Crawley manager Steve Evans concedes that his side will not get an easy game.
Evans told Town's official website: "Barrow have good players and are fighting for survival. They have a management team who will have them organised and they get us on the back of an eight hour trip.
"Most if not every team who go there will travel the previous day but we do not have the resources to do that so we get on with the job in hand."
The Bluebirds will be without Gareth Jelleyman due to an ankle problem, but Paul Edwards and Simon Spender are available for selection.
Red Devils skipper Adam Quinn will not feature again this season, while Nick Carter, Lewis Killeen and Charlie Ademeno are all doubtful.
Karl Broadhurst is suspended, but has just one more game to serve.
