Greg Abbott
Bond a target for the Football League
Barrow midfielder Andrew Bond is a target for Football League club Carlisle United.
The 24-year-old is wanted by manager Greg Abbott, who faces competition from Championship sides Leicester City and Preston North End.
Abbott previously held talks with the Blue Square Bet Premier player, who is available on a free transfer, and after an unsuccessful summer, will hope to sign his man this time around.
Abbott told the Times and Star: "We have discussed Andy and he is still on radar. Our interest in him isn't dead, it is still ongoing. He is among a number of live targets."
