Crisis-hit Blue Square South outfit Weymouth FC have been dealt a major blow with news that four key players have parted ways with the club.
The Terras revealed last week that they are looking to enter into a Company Voluntary Arrangement with all creditors.
Weymouth find themselves sitting at the foot of the Blue Square South table with 18 points after Saturday's 3-1 defeat to league leaders Newport County.
"Due to the current financial situation, Scott Brice, Matthew Groves, Josh Llewellyn and Jake Reid have all left the club.
"The chairman wanted them to stay at the club and offered them reduced terms, but they decided to further their career elsewhere.
"The club would like to thank for them for their loyal support through these difficult times and wish them well for future."
