Blue Square South outfit Basingstoke Town have signed striker Ross Montague on a month's loan from League Two side Brentford.
The 19-year-old striker is no stranger to non-league football after spending time on loan at Sutton United and Welling United in the 2007/08 season.
Montague is a product of the Brentford youth system and made his first-team debut in a 4-2 defeat to Nottingham Forest on April 14, 2007.
He has since gone to make 15 appearances for the Bees but saw his involvement curtailed at the end of last season due to a back injury.
Basingstoke boss Frank Gray takes his side to mid-table Bromley on Saturday and Montague is likely to play some part in the fixture.
