Symes handed Blackpool trial
Blackpool have given Dorchester Town's teenage midfielder Jamie Symes a chance to impress them by offering him a trial later in the month.
The 16-year-old, who is dual registered with Western Football League side Bridport, will get the chance to impress Seasiders boss Ian Holloway.
Symes told the Blackpool Gazette: "I want to show Ian what I'm capable of and I'm really looking forward to going up there and training with the first team every morning.
"If I they like me, then they will keep an eye on me while I'm with Dorchester and Bridport because I can't sign any sort of contract until I turn 17 in June."
