Eastbourne Borough will be looking to keep their fantastic start to the season going when they entertain fellow early season high-flyers AFC Wimbledon.
The Sports have lost just once in their opening four matches, while also winning two and drawing one.
The Dons raced to joint-top of the table with three wins from three, but a midweek defeat to Rushden has seen them fall behing leaders Luton Town.
Borough boss Garry Wilson is wary of the Bank Holiday Weekend, however, with two tough matches in three days.
"It's two big games for us but that's what we're in the Conference for, that's where we want to be playing our football," Wilson told the BBC.
"We will pull in a big crowd on Saturday for AFC Wimbledon and then we'll look forward to going to Cambridge on Monday."
Midfielder Simon Johnson is sidelined due to a shin problem for Eastbourne, with Matt Smart set to deputise once again.
Wilson has no other concerns ahead of the clash.
Dons manager Terry Brown will have Ricky Wellard, Lee Minshull and Sam Hatton back for the clash.
Mark Nwokeji is out with a shoulder injury, while Brown admits that he may make changes over the weekend for the two fixtures.
Brown told the club's official website: "I will look to utilise the squad's depth with regards to who starts and who plays 90 minutes in each game, as the schedule so far has proved to be very strenuous.
"After Monday's fixture at home to Newport we will have played six games in 16 days, which is a lot. But we have good players keen to get into the team and I am confident that we are well placed to put out teams that are capable of winning both games."
