Grimsby v Eastbourne Borough

Grimsby hitman Peter Bore has admitted that the Eastbourne side his charges will be facing on Saturday at Blundell Park are a bit of a mystery.

Bore says that the Mariners are raring to go after not playing for 10 days, but insists his side won't underestimate the Sports.

He told ThisisGrimsby: "We don't know too much about Eastbourne but we do know they won't come here and just allow us to play football.

"They won't sit off us and make it easy.

"We have to be prepared to battle because three points is important going into 10 days without a game."

Grimsby are set to hand defender Andrew Wright a start after his loan spell at the club was extended, while striker Charles Ademeno remains sidelined with a long-term injury.

Eastbourne Borough could hand new signings Joe Partington and Mitchell Nelson their debuts as they look to get back to winning ways.

Midfielder Luke Rooney could be handed his first league start after re-joining the club.
