Braintree boss Lee Patterson admits that his side will have to play to their best ability when they face Kingstonian in their FA Cup Second Qualifying Round clash.
Kingstonian are in fine form this season and Patterson reckons his side's current 16th position will give his opponents some confidence.
"Kingstonian are top of their division, unbeaten and obviously full of confidence and probably have seen where we are in our league and think they can beat us," the boss told ThisIsTotalEssex.
"But our players will need to be professional, play at a high tempo and with our passing game ensure we take control.
"We want to progress into the next round and have a cup run because it's good for the club, gives players confidence and now there is good prize money on offer that increases with every round,"
The Irons only have one new injury worry in Lee Burns who is suffering from a bug but is expected to recover in time along with Micky Shinn but Billy Burgess is still suspended.
Patterson watched Kingstonian on Monday and reckons he has a fair idea of how to get around them and hailed the way his team performed over the weekend.
"I spotted one or two areas which I think we can exploit to our benefit."
The win over Bromley was also vital, he said, bearing in mind it was to follow a two-week gap in league activity.
"We needed the win and we needed to keep a clean sheet and I think the players did exceptionally well on Saturday," the boss concluded.
